If you are looking for a top for running in cold winter, this will be a perfect one. The fabric is super soft, merino wool will keep you warm. But it is a little bit too warm for Florida winter, especially when you run. If you live in the North I would recommend, for 55-60ish and above fahrenheit degree weather, this shirt would be too warm.
