I don't get to the gym as much as I should. All my daily ambitions don't fit in a 24-hour day, and working out is on the lower half of that list. In other words, it falls off my priority list frequently.
I work from home and figured if working out was more convenient than driving to a gym, I'd likely work out more. I picked these up and keep them in my home office. In-between meetings and when I can, I am able to do a range of exercises. Right now I'm focusing on arms; however, I can do back, shoulders, and even legs. I'm pleasantly surprised at how many different muscle groups you can work out with a simple set of dumbbells.
The 10-90 lbs allows me to do light triceps to heavy shoulder shrugs. Due to being adjustable, they are a bit wide and ackward when doing curls, however, I'm getting used to it, and it's not impacting my workout. If you're looking for smaller, compact weights, these wouldn't be for you. I chose these because I recognized the BowFlex brand and wanted a quality pair that would last me a lifetime. So far, I don't doubt they will last a lifetime if you don't drop them.
Since getting these, I've been using them almost daily. The price is a bit steep, but I think investing in your health is worth it. I would recommend these to friends.
