I bought one of these to improve the coffee I make for my fiancée every morning. We had been using a Keurig for years and I wanted to see if freshly ground beans would be an improvement. I bought this model because it was recommended in reviews. It is working flawlessly. The only problem I have encountered is that the lid won't stay on while it is grinding. If I leave the lid off, beans get ejected out of the top sometimes.
