These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of Enthuster, except where we expressly state that separate terms (and not these) apply, and provide information about the Enthuster service (the "Service"). When you create an Enthuster account or use Enthuster, you agree to these Terms.

1. Arbitration Notice

ARBITRATION NOTICE: YOU AGREE THAT DISPUTES BETWEEN YOU AND US WILL BE RESOLVED BY BINDING, INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION AND YOU WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION.

2. Your Content

We do not claim ownership of your content. However, when you share, post, or upload content that is covered by intellectual property rights (such as photos or videos) on or in connection with the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sub-licensable, worldwide license to host, use, distribute, modify, run, copy, publicly perform or display, translate, and create derivative works of your content. This license ends when your content is deleted from our systems.

3. Use of the Service

• You must be at least 13 years old to use Enthuster.
• You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive activities.
• You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You may not impersonate others or provide false information when registering or using the Service.

4. Rights We Grant You

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

5. Updating These Terms

We may change the Service and our policies, and we may need to make changes to these Terms so that they accurately reflect the Service and our policies. Unless otherwise required by law, we will notify you (for example, through the Service) before we make changes to these Terms and give you an opportunity to review them before they go into effect. If you do not want to agree to these or any updated Terms, you can request deletion of your account by emailing support@enthuster.com.

6. Termination

We may suspend or permanently disable access to your account if you violate these Terms, our policies, or the law, or if your conduct creates risk or legal exposure for us. You may also delete your account at any time.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Enthuster disclaims all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Enthuster will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Enthuster operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
